Chestnut Square Center

The Chestnut Square Dialysis Center (formerly Rotunda Center) was IDF's first facility and offers staff assisted, self-care and home-hemodialysis and training. Since its opening in 1979, it has gone through several renovations and expansions, ending with the 2003 move to a new building owned by the Foundation.
